Model A Truck Display

  1. 1928 Model A 1 ton truck. Originally sold new for $600 without the cab (you added your own).
  2. A few kids got a good close look.
  3. A very simple Dash, since the tank was in front of it, the Gas gauge was directly driven by the float.
  4. Four cylinder flat head motor..This motor was used for everything in those days.. I can remember that we had a big saw hooked up to one.
  5. The owner John D. Caboor. He explained to us why the truck was overheating when he got it. It seems that the pump shaft would move back and forth and the impeller would stick against the motor causing it to overheat.
